Bulletin Board Policy
Because the Cattaraugus Free Library is a public institution, discretion must be exercised in the quantity and nature of posters and other promotional materials posted in the library.
In line with constitutional rights and privileges and the library Bill of Rights, the Board of Trustees of the Cattaraugus Free Library does not discriminate toward any group or individual or the purpose they represent.
Posting of materials will be limited to library items, and items of special community interest. All items must be approved by the Director.
